- We take great care in packaging and delivering our products to you. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately upon receiving it from the delivery person.
- Before making any payment to the delivery person, please inspect the product carefully for any damage or defects. Once payment is made and the delivery person has left, returns or refunds cannot be processed.
- To request a return/exchange for a damaged or defective item, please send us a clear picture of the damaged part via our Facebook page or the email address provided on our Contact page.
- Replacement Policy:
- We offer replacements for items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within the specified time frame (upon receiving the product) and provide the necessary evidence as mentioned above.
- Upon reviewing the provided information and confirming the damage or defect, we will arrange for a replacement of the item.
- If the exact item is not available, we will offer a similar product of equal value as a replacement.
- Order Cancellation and Shipping Cost Refund:
- If, for any reason, we need to cancel your order after you have already paid the shipping cost, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

- Refunds are only applicable for the shipping cost in the event of order cancellation.
- We do not offer refunds for products unless they are confirmed to be defective or damaged.
- Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted.
